Betty Ann Sparks

Betty Ann Sparks (Gamble) age 82, passed away on October 12, 2022 in Kemp, TX. Betty was born on November 27, 1939 to parents Ruby and Edith (Taylor) Gamble in Borger, TX.

Betty enjoyed bowling and golfing in her earlier years and then later in life she loved to do crossword puzzles in the newspaper daily. When betty wasn’t busy with the puzzles, you would likely find her with a book in hand. She enjoyed the simple things in life. On June 14, 1957 in Borger, TX she married the love of her life Bobby Ray Sparks. They shared 51 amazing years together prior to his passing in 2008.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband Bobby Sparks; brother Dan Gamble and two sisters Loyce Sable and Joyce Toole.

Those left with cherished memories are her children: Deborah Stanley of Houston, TX , Stephen Sparks and wife Vivian of Kemp, TX and Patricia Green and husband William of Cheyenne, WY; 4 grandchildren: Lindsey Green and husband Aaran, Christina Evans and husband Michael, Michael Moore and wife Nicole and Lucinda Moore; 7 great grandchildren: Elijah, Shiloh, Penelope, Margaret, Jacob, Michael Frank and Danielle Trammel along with a host of other beloved family and friends who will miss her dearly.
