Chad B. Duckworth

    Chad B. Duckworth was born to parents Willie Dee and Billie Ann (Bobbitt) Duckworth on June 12, 1966, and entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 30, 2022. Chad was a hardworking and devoted father and friend who had a huge heart.

     Chad always loved to laugh and have fun. He was extremely animated and loved telling jokes and entertaining everyone with an infectious laugh, as well. Chad also enjoyed watching Monday Night Raw with his sister Brenda. He enjoyed singing, Playing his guitar, and going to the club to dance all night long, he always had a line of people waiting to dance with him. Enjoying life and having a good time with friends and family was always important to Chad.

      He was also a very hardworking man having worked for the City of Dallas for a time and helped his nephew Brian Wright with merchandising. Chad was also a diesel mechanic at Builders Transport.

       Chad is survived by his daughters Amber Edwards and spouse James Edwards of Seven Points, TX, and Toni Duckworth; brother Dickie Duckworth of Mabank, TX; sister Brenda Gandy and spouse Berry Gandy of Kemp, TX; partner, Barbara Norman-Jennings of Mesquite, TX; granddaughters Camdynn Sage and Harley Edwards, and Addyson and Bethanie Ruff; Brian and Brandy Wright, Jackie Wright, Krystal Hutchinson, Michelle Gandy, Kymberly Duckworth, Steven Duckworth, Joshua Duckworth, Christy Duckworth, Willie Duckworth and multiple great and great great nieces and nephews.

      Chad was preceded in death by his mother and father, Willie Dee and Billie Ann Duckworth of Kemp, TX; brothers Clifford Duckworth of Kemp, TX, and Jerry Dee Duckworth of Kemp, TX; nephew Dickie Lynn Duckworth Jr.; great nephew CJ Duckworth; and sister-in-law Sabrenia Duckworth.
