Christine Marie Haley

Christine Marie (Bayless) Haley, 98, passed away on June 17, 2023, in Mabank, Texas. She was born on March 22, 1925, in Rowlett, Texas to parents Elzie and Lettie (Dotson) Bayless.

Christine was devoted to her family and loved them very much.  Christine met and married her beloved husband, Jake Haley in Rowlett, Texas and was an incredibly devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to her family whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed sewing, reading, and watching her grandchildren. Christine also loved cooking, her kids believed she was the best cook in the world!

Christine was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jake Haley of Kemp, Texas; parents, Elzie and Lettie Bayless of Rowlett, Texas; son, Johnny (Sponge) Haley of Kemp, Texas; daughter-in-law, Mitzi Haley of Tyler, Texas; sisters, Louise Bayless of Rowlett, Texas, Neva Zachary of Rowlett, Texas, Mary Stevenson of Rowlett, Texas, and Topsy Bennett of Rowlett, Texas.

She is survived by her children, James (Butch) Haley of Eustace, Texas, and Jackie Haley and wife Susie of Kemp, Texas; daughter-in-law, Deanna Haley of Kemp, Texas; grandchildren, Jason Kirk Haley and wife Carrie of Eustace, Texas, Jacob Haley and wife Cordelia of Elmo, Texas, Stacey Robinson and husband Michael of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and Jessica Wilson and Kyle Yeager of Kemp, Texas; great-grandchildren, Kristin Cabler, Kelby Haley, Jaylee Haley, Skyler Haley, Justin Haley, and Dylan Robinson; sisters, Thelma Zachary and spouse Pete of Rowlett, Texas, and Doris Lake of Rowlett, Texas.
