Frances Andrews

Frances Joann Andrews, age 79, was born on March 4, 1943 to parents Clarence and Dolores (Raiso) Rydenbark in Muncie, IN. She passed away on September 23, 2022 in Richardson, TX.

Frances is survived by her husband, Walter Andrews of Garland, TX; sons, Clarence Edward Andrews and wife Delana of Rowlett, TX, Walter "Tiger" W. Andrews, Jr. and wife Alesha of Garland, TX, Tommie W. Andrews of Garland, TX; daughters, Gini Louise Smith and husband Rick of Idaho, and Meril Ann Campbell of East Tawakoni, TX; sister, Marcia Kay Barrett of Indiana; and numerous grand- and great-grandchildren. Frances will be missed by those who knew and loved her dearly.
