Kemp, TX

Linda Lois DeAndrea, 59, peacefully passed away in Dallas, Texas on March 13, 2024. She was born on February 16,1965 in Irving, Texas to parents Granville Clark Alloway and Marie Yvonne DeAndrea. Linda led a remarkable and fulfilling life, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew her.

In her career journey, Linda showcased her dedication and work ethic in various roles. She began as an Office Manager at U.S. Rentals before transitioning to work with the Dallas County Tax Assessors Office in different capacities. Subsequently, she ventured into entrepreneurship as the owner/manager of Clemmo Farm and Ranch Supply in Kemp, Texas. Her professional journey continued as she held the title of an Office Manager for The Structural Alliance, Inc. before concluding her career path with Red Dot.

Linda's thirst for knowledge led her to educational accomplishments. She graduated from Irving High School and went on to earn her Associate Degree in Arts and Sciences at North Lake College. Her passion for Accounting and Business was further pursued through studies at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Linda tended to keep to herself until you were able to get her to “come out of her shell,” those who knew her best describe her as being stubborn and set in her ways. Remembered fondly for her devotion to her grandson, as she loved and spoiled him. Linda's strength, resilience, and warm heart will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. Linda was very passionate about horses and spent her time riding them every chance that she had. She also had many pets (dogs and a cat) that she loved dearly. Linda lived her life to the fullest, admiring the mountains and loving the beaches that stretch upon the land. Four years ago on March 17, 2020, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was able to beat it, unfortunately once being diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer more recently her body could not overcome the battle. May she rest in peace knowing that her kindness and spirit will always be remembered.

Linda was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother (adoptive mother), Lois DeAndrea; mother, Marie Yvonne DeAndrea; and her father, Granville Alloway.

She is survived by her sons, Thaddeus ”Tad” Gutschenritter & wife Codi of Dallas, Texas, and Justin Gutschenritter and wife Brittany of Kemp, Texas; her grandson, Tyberius “Tyty” Gutschenritter of Dallas, Texas; and the father of her children, Don Gutschenritter of Atlantic, Iowa.
