Sharon "Katie" (Huff) Gaddis, 72, passed away on July 8, 2023, in Tyler, Texas. She was born on June 19, 1951, in Dallas, Texas to parents Wayne Edward and Mae Helen (Gothard) Huff.
Katie married her beloved husband, James Lloyd Gaddis, Sr. in Dallas, Texas on May 24, 1969, and was an incredibly devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to her family whom she loved dearly. She had a soft spot in her heart for kids and helped raise a total of 14 children, worked as a cosmetologist, and a was a member of Cottonwood Baptist Church in Scurry, Texas.
Katie was preceded in death by her husband, James Lloyd Gaddis, Sr.; parents, Wayne and Mae Huff; granddaughter, Kaitlynn Elisabeth Mae Gaddis; siblings, Arthur Wayne Huff, Larry Dean Huff, Carey Gene Huff, and lots of other loved ones gone before her!
She is survived by her children, James Lloyd Gaddis, Jr. and wife Luci, and Shelly Storey and husband Caleb; grandchildren, Jacob Gaddis and fiancé Kaydee, Jayce Storey, Brittney Shelton, Dawnya Hoadley, Christa Huff, Timothy Keith Huff, Jr. and wife Kayla, and Natosha Musslewhite and husband Cody; great grandchildren, Kayson, Skiler, Antony, Canyon, Jayla, Bubba, Josh, Keelan, Aiden, and Jazlynn; siblings, Jerry K. Huff and wife Sandy, Terry S. Huff, Timothy Keith Huff, Sr., Helen W. Perkins, Pamela Huff, and Stephanie Huff; many nieces and nephews that loved her greatly!
